We are looking for

·        passionate caring individual with a can do attitude towards health care.

·        A full UK driving licence and have your own transport.

The service will be working with Huntington’s disease from the ages 16 and up.

The service is set in a rural area with stunning views of country side with a relaxing ambiance.

The team at this service are a friendly, hard working and welcoming.

As part of your role as a healthcare assistant you will be required to:

·        Provide/ assist with Personal Care and Moving and Handling

·        Promote independence and empowering residents to reach their maximum potential

·        Support with domestic duties and food preparation

·        Administration Medication

·        Support residents who can demonstrate physical and verbal Challenging Behaviour

·        Support residents on a 1:1 basis
