Job Title: Healthcare Assistant And Support Worker                                                  Salary range: £821 to £975

Location: Worcester, Worcestershire                                                 Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities of Healthcare Assistant And Support Worker:

Healthcare Assistant and Support Worker

Due to our continued growth we are recruiting for Healthcare Assistants and Support workers to join our ever-expanding team in Worcester. If you are a caring, creative and patient person then you have the qualities we are looking for. We will provide all the training and day-to-day assistance you'll need.

Qualities of the ideal Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker:

•           Good communication skills both verbal and written

•           Able to provide high standards of care

•           Ability to work in a range of dynamic environments

•           Confident personality with good organisational skills

•           Reliable, flexible and motivated

•           Minimum of 3 months' experience (Preferable)

Details:

Salary: £8.21- £9.75 (Plus Holiday pay)

•           Working Hours: Flexible to suit your needs- Days, Nights, Weekends

•           Location: Worcestershire

•           Duration: Ongoing/Temp/Perm

Role of a Healthcare Assistant and Support Worker:

•           Provide personal care including Moving and Handling

•           Good written and verbal social skills and ability to follow instructions and follow care plans

•           Support with domestic duties and food preparation where necessary

•           Ensuring you provide person centred care

•           Participate in day to day activities

•           Building and maintaining positive business relationships
