Job Title: Support Workers                                                      Salary range: £18500 to £18500

Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire                                                       Contract Type: Permanent

My client is a supported living provider where adults with learning disabilities live together in a community, they offer a range of accommodation styles and activities all within easy reach of where they live.  All the Support Workers maintain as supportive and productive environment enabling everyone with additional needs to fulfill their potential for independence.

They aim to provide an environment where every individual is empowered to fulfil their aspirations through experiencing a healthy home, social, cultural and spiritual life.

Each beneficiary can develop their skills, creativity and working life through accessing their workshops and activities. They value and promote social inclusion and foster beneficial links in the wider community.

• Individual development and social therapy
