Job Title: Service Manager (Hereford & Worcester)                                                     Salary range: £25000 to £28000

Location: Hereford & Worcester                                                                                   Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities of Service Manager (Hereford & Worcester):

The successful candidate will be supporting the Director of Service by undertaking direct management of multiple services, supporting clients facing homelessness or who are homeless, some of which have a high level of complexity. As the Service Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the Community Based Service provision within the area meets all staffing, contractual, legal and quality audit requirements. You will plan, manage, and coordinate multiple projects to ensure all requirements are met.

Person Specification for Service Manager (Hereford & Worcester):

You will be either an experienced Service Manager or a strong Deputy Manager of a similar service.

You will need to hold a full driving licence due to the need to travel between services.

Additional information:

This role is 37.5 hours per week

An enhanced DBS will be completed prior to staring the role
