Title: Weekend Healthcare Assistants Salary
range: £12000 to £15000

Hereford, Herefordshire Contract

Are you looking for a new challenge in
2018? We are currently seeking Weekend Healthcare Assistants for a residential
service for adults with Learning Disabilities within the Herefordshire area.
You will be working in a beautiful, therapeutic and rural location, promoting
independence and supporting with local activities, including horse riding,
bowling and trips to the theatre.
Do you want a work life balance? We can
offer flexible working hours to suit, paying weekly from £8.00-£9.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
of Weekend Healthcare Assistants:
As
part of your role as a Weekend Healthcare Assistants you will be required to:
• Provide/
assist with Personal Care and Moving and Handling
• Promote
independence and empowering residents to reach their maximum potential
• Participate
in activities social and educational
• Support
with domestic duties and food preparation
• Administer
Medication
• Assist
with personal finances
• Support
residents who can demonstrate physical and verbal Challenging Behaviour
• Support
residents on a 1:1 basis
• Assisting
residents within their own homes on a lone working basis

months experience within Health and Social Care
