Safehands Reputable client is looking for a kind, companionate and
dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their fantastic team and promote
the care and welfare of residents residing. You will be responsible to lead a
team of Health Care Assistants and Team leaders to ensure correct planning,
implementing and evaluating care for those residents in her care.

Registered nurse would be required to:
Report to Home Manager
Lead Shift’s
You will lead a team of care and support workers to deliver high quality
nursing care as part of the care team and to assist, identify and address the
physical, social, intellectual, psychological, spiritual and emotional needs of
service users. In accordance with the homes Code of Practice and all current
relevant legislation.
Create Care Plans
Manage rota’s
Provide day to day support and assess patients whilst maintaining an
established relationship.
Requirements:
Valid Nurse PIN with no restrictions.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Satisfactory DBS check and check against the POVA list
Hold a current valid NMC PIN Number
Experience qualification in care for relevant care categories
To be an effective Team Player and Role Model
To have a flexible approach to working hours
