We are currently looking for a Support Worker to provide care and support for adults with mental health disabilities and complex needs at on of our settings in Pontypridd

Both encouraging the individuals to succeed in achieving independence and personal choice and participation in activities are key parts of the Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

Applicants must have experience of working with disabilities.
