develop by providing physical and emotional support. The role is about working
as a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment that puts the

As a Residential support worker, you will be
supporting in
·
To build professional relationship with the young people.
·
To maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable environment to live in.
·
The day to day living
·
Supporting in education
·
Supporting with activities
·
Supporting with family events and other contact visits
·
Helping to teach them the running a home and complete daily duty
such as cooking cleaning.
·
Supporting the service user with their daily needs
·
Update care plans and risk assessments
·
Liaising with professionals within and outside of the company
·
Have a good understanding of safeguarding
·
You will receive the following
