The job involves
enable children and young adults to develop by providing physical and emotional
support. The role is about working as a team to maintain a stable, happy and
caring environment that puts the health, safety and welfare of the children and
young adults first.

As a Residential
support worker, you will be supporting in
- To build professional
relationship with the young people.
- To maintain a safe,
clean and enjoyable environment to live in.
- The day to day living
- Supporting in education
- Supporting with
activities
- Supporting with family
events and other contact visits
- Helping to teach them
the running a home and complete daily duty such as cooking cleaning.
- Supporting the service
user with their daily needs
- Update care plans and
risk assessments
- Liaising with
professionals within and outside of the company
- Have a good
understanding of safeguarding
