Safehands have been successfully working as a team since 2012. We offer a high level of support to a range of different institutes in different areas of care within the Cardiff area.

The temporary support working position we are trying to fill in located in Cardiff. The candidate  needs to be highly empathetic and enthusiastic and to be able to offer their services to some of our biggest clients in the Cardiff area, supporting young adults who have learning disabilities and individuals who have mental health illnesses.

Within the Cardiff area, there are opportunities for candidates who are looking to become a support worker, to be taken on full time with the clients.

Requirements

The candidate will be expected to support the patient’s complex needs by physically and emotionally investing their interest and time creating a relationship with the individual.

The patients require additional support in order maintain an independent and happy life.

Minimum of 6 months experience within a healthcare sector.

The candidate may be required to undertake free training and activities that help progress the individual’s development, certifying their success as a care assistant.

To pay £52 for their fully enhanced DBS.
