Safehands Recruitment are seeking experienced Support Workers to work across a range of Care Homes across Penarth area.

The role will include:

• giving emotional and practical support to service users
• working with other health and social care professionals to provide individual care and development plan
• helping with personal care like washing, using the toilet and dressing
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

Requirements:

Minimum of six months experience in a care sector
